Valvoline, A leading name in motor oil and automotive service for over 150 years, challenged us to create a defining strategic vision of their ideal future customer experience. This would frame the transformation of their internal digital ecosystems.  

By conducting on-sight research with franchisees, staff, and the services they utilize, we discovered key insights into their customer's current experience and presented our findings in a collaborative workshop with Valvoline. This accomplished an aligned understanding and a trusting foundation for us to move forward.   

Our goal was to conceive a design strategy that would evolve their customers' experience from one of challenges to that of opportunities; delivering simplicity, transparency, and consistency through each aspect of their relationship. 
We presented our strategic vision to Valvoline C-suite through illustrated customer journeys and conceptual digital prototypes.
